Wow, what a pretty little place. We were very famished and tired from all that shopping in 313@Somerset, so decided to stop by at The Icing Room for a spot of tea. I first discovered this place at Jurong Point but that branch didn't offer any places to sit.
We ordered a tea set for two, which came with a tiered spread of cakes, puffs and macarons.
The cakes were not particularly fancy or tasty, but the setting was so attractive and the so were the cutleries. A very girly place...not for those who couldn't stand pink.
Our favourite was the cream puff which was soft and fluffy. The rest rarely made any impact on us though.
Ahhh....lovely place, ain't it? The lady behind me sat there for hours too! She was so bored she even looked at our shopping bags and asked us what we bought... :S
