After a bad economy year, we had our Annual Dinner and Dance really really late! Normally the company will host the dinner around Chinese New Year, but this year it was closer to mid year....haha...
This is my 6th dinner and dance with the company, and only the second time it came with a theme. My first time was my first year, where the theme was 'The Roaring Twenties' and this time it is 'Rollin' Good Times'...where attendees were encouraged to dress in retro style.
The order of the night was girls in hairbands...haha...but some of the guys dressed pretty cool, like with afro and huge glasses. It was a nice change, and one of the more fun and easy-going dinner and dance for me!
Most of the lab people did not really dressed according to code though....not like the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service people, who really were in the mood! Ahh...but it was great fun for all :)
