Kuantan Keropok Lekor

Hey all, i just returned from Kuantan and i had so much good food. Don't worry, i remembered to take many many photos to share with everyone, some courtesy of Crispy...haha... One of my favourite tea time snacks is called Keropok Lekor. It is a very famous snack in the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia, i guess the fish caught from the South China Sea make better keropoks.

My mother loves the keropok from this stall as the keropoks have less odour than some other stalls. Anyway, this place is quite hard to locate if you're not from Kuantan.

The workers making keropok from fish paste and frying the keropok. She welcomed Crispy with open arms when she saw her snapping away like a paparazzi.

Believe it or not, this stall has a customer numbering system, sort of like those you see at the bank where customers are served according to queue number. Business is brisk huh...

Voila...yummy keropok...hot and fluffy fresh from the wok... =P
