Let's go and have some Swiss food! haha...but this is in Singapore =( Half a year after my trip to Switzerland, here i am in Singapore having Swiss food.
The interior designing reminds one of those old style Swiss cottage. Every small detail reminded me of the land of the Alps. Even the photos frames were filled with shots of the beautiful place.
This is some sort of Prawn Rice....kinda wasted to be eating rice at a Swiss Restaurant huh?
In Bern, we were scouring around for Rosti cos it is supposed to be a Swiss specialty but we couldn't find a good place, so here i am trying it in Singapore. Rosti is a dish consisting of mainly potatoes and used to be a common breakfast eaten by farmers in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.
My rosti came with Chicken Stroganoff. It is basically sauteed chicken served in a sauce with sour cream.
Of course, I'll be needing some cold refreshment to wash all the heavy food down. Some Ginger Beer and Watermelon Juice should do the trick!
To top it all up, a slice of Fruit Cake for dessert.
