Mom's Meatballs

Here's another of my mom's finger-licking good recipe - Fried Meatballs. Firstly, our most vital ingredient would be her home-minced pork meat. Wow! Note that the meat has already been marinated with sauces and spices.

Next are her seasonings, which include lots of garlics and shallots. The garlic and shallots are chopped into tiny pieces before being added to the minced meat.


Next, we need to pound some crackers to add a bit of extra crunch to our meatballs.


Lastly, add egg white and mix everything in a large bowl.


You can throw them around for better mixing...sure looks more pro!


With that done, we need to roll them into small balls, perfect for a bite size.


Fry them in hot oil till brown.


Alright! Here we are...the GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!!!! Yeahhh....
