Day Out in JB

After our Japanese meal, we went for a Karaoke session. Sixian and Gary are experts at singing : one sounds like Kit Chan while the other sounds like Li Shengjie....haha....Really!! The difference about both of them when they walked into the Karaoke room was : Sixian ( Singaporean), "Wahhh...room sooo big ah!" while Gary (Malaysian), "Wahhh...room sooo small ah!". Haha...

Later that night Gary drove us to Ah How's house for his wedding dinner. He rented a Lok Lok car. It was such a fresh novelty for us who came up from Singapore.... :)

Mostly food on the left side of the pick-up were more from frying and grilling. The owner of the business does the frying and grilling for the guests.

Food on the right side are more for boiling in the hot water. This you have to do on your own, like those in the pasar malam.

Ah How's mother also prepared some homecooked meals like this Assam Laksa!

Wah...i had so much of my favourite broccoli i was very satisfied and satiated !

Poor Sixian left her see hum in the water for too long. It shrunk to a pathetic size, look how they compare beside the quail eggs!
