Taman Jurong Curry Fish Head

When Crispy was here for a shopping weekend, the first meal we brought her to was to have Taman Jurong Curry Fish Head. To think we initially wanted to have Pizza Hut instead. Thank goodness the phone lines were jammed and hence we got to have this fulfilling meal. The fish was awfully fresh and the curry was rich, filled with an array of vegetables.

We ordered a plate of bean sprouts, not one of my favourite vegetables, but this dish was actually crunchy and tasty.

Gosh, i love sweet and sour pork! There's something about the contrasting sweet and sour taste and also the crisp of the fried pork that makes one keep coming back for more. No wonder those Americans love sweet sour pork as well~

At first glance, one finds it hard to tell what this is. I didn't know either, then was told that these were prawn dates....hmmm.... When dipped with the sauce, the prawn dates have a very flavourful taste...plus everything that is fried tastes good, haha...

Oh Yummy! My oh my, fried oyster omelette. This stall sells oyster omelette which comes in rich in egg and the omelette is very thick! When you take a bite, it is actually juicy and there are enough oysters to go around too. Quite a satisfying meal, especially the curry!
